Work Environment\n

This role offers a flexible, remote work setting within a community health clinic framework. Our clinic operates from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some adjusted scheduling based on patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, culturally sensitive mental health assessments that take into account the unique experiences and backgrounds of each patient to formulate effective treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions aimed at addressing mental health concerns while fostering resilience and overall well-being.

• Engage in collaborative care by coordinating with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide your patients with comprehensive support.

• Offer crisis intervention and immediate support during mental health emergencies, ensuring the safety and well-being of your patients.

• Provide educational resources to patients and families concerning mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources that can aid in their recovery journey.

• Maintain meticulous, confidential documentation while ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in Tennessee.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders, alongside a thorough understanding of evidence-based treatment methodologies and cultural competence in therapy.

• Experience delivering individual and group therapy using culturally responsive practices.
\n
• Strong crisis intervention abilities and the capacity to maintain composure in high-pressure situations.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build rapport with a diverse array of clients.

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and adherence to documentation and reporting requirements.

• A commitment to professional ethics, including boundary maintenance, confidentiality, and adherence to ethical guidelines.

• Ability and eagerness to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team structure.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
