The position is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility and the opportunity to engage with patients in a comfortable setting. The practice runs from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility needed to accommodate patients during and after standard hours.

Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Tennessee is required.

• A strong understanding of mental health disorders, effective treatment modalities, and a commitment to cultural competence in therapeutic practice.

• Experience in providing both individual and group therapy sessions utilizing inclusive therapeutic methods.

• Demonstrated crisis intervention capabilities and the ability to manage challenging situations with composure.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
