Work Environment\n

This position offers a flexible remote work setting through our telehealth platform, allowing you to connect with patients conveniently from your own home. Our team consists of highly skilled professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, who work collaboratively to provide coordinated care. Your work schedule will generally span Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility to meet patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify each patient's individual needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services to clients using various modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups to promote understanding of mental health concerns and foster community.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive and holistic care for all patients.

• Respond to mental health crises with appropriate interventions and support to help stabilize patients in distress.

• Educate clients about their mental health conditions, the available treatment options, and community resources that can further assist them.

• Maintain precise and confidential documentation in compliance with HIPAA and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with patients experiencing conditions such as mood disorders, anxiety disorders, substance use challenges, and relationship difficulties. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid licensure in the state of Tennessee as LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, or LCSW.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
