Envision Behavioral Wellness Coaching is seeking dedicated and compassionate full-time Licensed Mental Health Therapists (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) to join our remote team in Edison, New Jersey. Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, allowing for flexibility and convenience for both therapists and clients. The telehealth platform we utilize is user-friendly and secure, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations while also providing a seamless experience for engaging in therapeutic sessions. Regular business hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, enabling a balanced work-life dynamic.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and formulate personalized treatment plans that leverage evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions to enhance client well-being.

• Implement various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to cater to the unique needs of each client.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and confidential clinical records, ensuring adherence to strict confidentiality standards and regulatory guidelines, including HIPAA.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, which includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to ensure holistic care delivery.

• Engage in regular case consultations and peer review meetings aimed at continuously enhancing the quality of therapy provided.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, potential treatment options, and available community resources, empowering them to partake in their own wellness journey.

• Stay informed about the latest advancements and research within the mental health field to bring the best practices to your clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse clientele that includes individuals of various ages, backgrounds, and presenting issues. Our clients often seek support for anxiety, depression, interpersonal conflicts, and trauma-related challenges. We strive to provide culturally competent care that respects and addresses the unique experiences and needs of each individual.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in New Jersey.

• Proven proficiency in solution-based psychotherapy interventions, allowing tailored approaches that resonate with the unique backgrounds of clients.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills essential for establishing trust and rapport with clients, fostering an empathetic therapeutic relationship.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
