Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and compassionate mental health assessments to ascertain clients' emotional and psychological needs, followed by the development of customized treatment plans to promote recovery and personal growth.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention services, assisting clients during mental health emergencies with empathy and professionalism.

• Educate clients about their mental health conditions and various available treatment options, while guiding them on community resources to support their journey.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of all client interactions in alignment with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctorate degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as either an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT within New Jersey is essential to qualify for this role.

• Demonstrated understanding of various mental health disorders and evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

• Proven capacity to perform comprehensive mental health evaluations and craft effective treatment strategies tailored to client needs.
