Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients’ mental health needs, utilizing standardized tools and methods to develop individualized treatment plans.

• Provide engaging individual therapy sessions using techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based approaches that align with each client’s unique situation.

• Work collaboratively with clients to set achievable therapeutic goals, regularly tracking their progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

• Facilitate teletherapy sessions efficiently, ensuring a seamless experience for clients who face accessibility challenges or prefer virtual counseling.

• Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes to comply with ethical practices and instill confidence in clients.

• Stay abreast of developments in the mental health field through ongoing professional development, training, and participation in relevant workshops.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
