Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, offering you the flexibility to work from home while engaging in meaningful therapeutic relationships through our telehealth platform. Our telehealth system is designed to facilitate seamless communication between therapists and clients, ensuring that therapy sessions are effective, confidential, and accessible. The normal business hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., promoting a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the intensity, duration, and frequency of mood disorder symptoms in clients.

• Collaborate closely with clients to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to meet individual needs and aspirations.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), in clinical practice.

• Provide detailed education and support to clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care strategies.
\n
• Continuously monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
\n
• Develop and nurture professional relationships with psychiatrists and other specialists for comprehensive client care.
\n
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay informed on the latest research and practices in mood disorder treatment.
\n
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with all legal and ethical standards.
\n
• Participate in team meetings and case consultations to enhance clinical skills and contribute to collective problem-solving.

• Serve as an advocate for clients, promoting destigmatization of mood disorders and prioritizing their mental health needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily focuses on clients experiencing mood disorders such as depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related illnesses. You will work with a diverse range of individuals, each requiring a tailored approach to care. The therapeutic relationship is at the heart of our practice, and your empathetic and individualized support will be key in guiding clients toward recovery and improved emotional health.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree from an accredited program in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

• Current state licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or licensed psychologist.

• Proficient in evidence-based treatment modalities including CBT and DBT.
\n
• Strong understanding of psychopharmacology and collaborative care approaches.

• Demonstrated success in effectively treating mood disorders through tailored interventions.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse populations.

Preferred Experience\n

• Minimum of three years of experience working directly with clients in a clinical setting focusing on mood disorders.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $105,000 , commensurate with experience and education. In addition, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
