Work Environment\n

Our therapists operate within a remote telehealth setting, allowing them the flexibility to deliver care from the comfort of their own homes. We utilize advanced telehealth platforms that enable secure and confidential interactions with patients. The role supports a Monday to Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility needed to accommodate patient schedules. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify patient needs, including the development of tailored treatment plans that reflect evidence-based practices.

• Utilize therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy to provide effective individual, couples, and family therapy sessions.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups aimed at addressing common mental health issues, enhancing community ties among participants.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention services and guidance during mental health emergencies to mitigate risks and support patient safety.

• Educate patients on mental health topics, treatment options, and available local resources, empowering them with the information necessary for recovery.

• Maintain accurate and secure documentation in adherence to HIPAA regulations and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of patient information.

• Participate in team meetings and case consultations to stay connected with colleagues and share insights for continuous improvement in care delivery.

• Stay engaged with ongoing professional development activities to keep abreast of the latest research and advancements in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults from varied backgrounds and experiences. Each clinician is expected to adapt their therapeutic approach to meet the unique needs of each patient, fostering a trusting and effective therapeutic relationship.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of New Jersey is mandatory.

• Strong knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methodologies.
\n
• Proven track record in conducting mental health assessments and developing effective individualized treatment plans.
\n
• Experience in providing both individual and group therapy, with the ability to work effectively with a wide array of client demographics.

• Excellent communication skills with a strong grasp of professional ethics and boundaries.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and various digital tools relevant to telehealth.

Compensation and Benefits\n
