Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health concerns to develop accurate clinical diagnoses and effective treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based interventions tailored to the specific needs of each client, ensuring a holistic therapeutic approach.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support for clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, implementing safety plans when necessary.

• Maintain precise and confidential documentation of client records, including treatment plans and progress notes, aligned with both ethical standards and legal requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will engage with come from diverse backgrounds and present a range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, interpersonal issues, trauma, and adjustment difficulties. Your role will require sensitivity and adaptability in addressing the unique cultural and emotional needs of each individual, couple, or family, promoting an inclusive and supportive therapeutic atmosphere.

Qualifications\n

• Active licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW) in the state of Illinois.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field.

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in the mental health field.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience.
