Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, developing individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique circumstances.

• Deliver individual therapy using a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or mindfulness techniques, based on each client's specific goals.

• Collaborate with clients to establish achievable therapeutic objectives, regularly monitoring and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective progress.

• Provide teletherapy services to accommodate clients who may prefer virtual sessions or face barriers to in-person attendance.

• Document all client interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans in a timely and accurate manner, adhering to ethical and regulatory standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and training sessions to enhance clinical skills and stay current with evolving practices in mental health therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A valid mental health license in California, such as LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD), is required.
