Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings of clients, evaluating their substance abuse history and mental health status to inform treatment planning.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that specifically target both addiction issues and any co-occurring mental health disorders.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI).

• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure comprehensive, integrated care, participating in regular team meetings and communicating client progress and needs.

• Educate and involve family members in the recovery process, providing resources and support to empower them as allies in the client’s journey.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation in compliance with all relevant regulations and organizational policies to track client progress and treatment effectiveness.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
