Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Steadfast Support Clinic, your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing comprehensive individual, group, and family therapy to a diverse range of clients.

• Conducting thorough family and child counseling sessions tailored to meet the medical necessity as defined by DSM V diagnostic criteria.

• Developing and facilitating psycho-educational groups and parent training sessions, ensuring valuable community education and skill-building.

• Completing required documentation including client case materials, program forms, and statistical data with precision and in a timely manner.
\n
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client charts and reports, while ensuring compliance with all internal and external documentation standards.

• Meeting contractual obligations by billing an established number of reimbursable hours per week, with a focus on maximizing service delivery and continuity of care.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• A valid license to practice in Pennsylvania as either an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

Preferred Experience\n
