Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, allowing you to manage your schedule and clients from the comfort of your own home. However, you will also have access to our outpatient office in Lebanon, providing a supportive team environment when needed. You will collaborate with other health care providers, attend virtual meetings, and access our comprehensive electronic medical records system to coordinate patient care effectively.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and create individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of clients.

• Maintain communication with physicians regarding patient progress, emerging needs, and any potential problems that may arise during treatment.

• Facilitate family consultations and collaborate with support systems to enhance treatment efficacy and develop successful discharge planning.

• Document and manage clinical notes and progress reports in adherence to our department’s policies, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.

• Engage deeply with health care team members in creating comprehensive discharge plans based on psychosocial assessments and evidence-based interventions.

• Guide clients through the discharge process, ensuring smooth transitions and timely access to necessary community resources and services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a licensed Mental Health Counselor at Crystal Cove Wellness Center, you will work with a diverse array of clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Our clients come from different backgrounds and age groups, making your expertise in tailored therapeutic approaches essential to their recovery journey.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Hold an active state licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or a relevant equivalent.
\n
• Demonstrated experience of at least 3 years in an outpatient setting, providing direct mental health care to clients.
\n
• Proficient computer skills, including competency in word processing, email systems, spreadsheets, and electronic medical records software.
\n
• Ability to work autonomously, exhibit self-direction, and maintain a high level of organization.

Preferred Experience\n

Candidates with specialized training in evidence-based treatment modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), are highly encouraged to apply. Compensation and Benefits\n
