Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing positive and collaborative relationships while adhering to professional boundaries and ethical standards.

• Conduct regular sessions to assess client progress, discussing stability, upcoming appointments, and appropriate discharge planning.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with organizational protocols and regulations.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to determine clients’ needs and suitability for services.
\n
• Provide individual therapy sessions weekly, utilizing evidence-based practices to facilitate client growth and resilience.

• Participate in regular supervision sessions to share insights, receive feedback, and enhance your clinical skills.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure a holistic approach to client treatment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field.

• Current and unrestricted Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) status, with no limitations on practice.

• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting, demonstrating effective clinical skills.

• Proficient in utilizing technology, including Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and clinical management software such as PIMSY.
\n
• Experience delivering direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families, with a focus on improving mental health outcomes.

• Comfortable conducting intake assessments and developing therapeutic rapport.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Familiarity with electronic health records and clinical documentation standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n

As a valued member of our team, you will enjoy a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 - 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
