Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments and evaluations of clients to discern their mental health needs, utilizing diagnostic tools and interviews to formulate comprehensive treatment plans.

• Provide compassionate one-on-one counseling sessions, guiding clients through challenges related to anxiety, depression, trauma, and addiction, developing personalized strategies tailored to their unique situations.

• Facilitate dynamic group therapy and support sessions, creating a safe space for sharing experiences and fostering community among participants dealing with similar mental health concerns.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate clients’ specific goals and therapeutic interventions, regularly evaluating progress and adapting plans to meet evolving needs.

• Respond to clients in crisis by offering immediate support, performing risk assessments, and coordinating with emergency response services when necessary.

• Engage in continual professional development by attending training sessions, workshops, and seminars to keep abreast of the latest mental health practices and reinforce your clinical skills.

• Work collaboratively with other mental health professionals, such as psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care and holistic support for each client.

Qualifications\n
