Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial evaluations to assess patient needs and define mental health goals.

• Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans in partnership with patients to best address their challenges.

• Facilitate one-on-one therapy sessions that focus on trauma, emotional regulation, and coping strategies.

• Monitor patients’ progress and adjust treatment approaches as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health issues, providing them with resources for personal growth and coping mechanisms.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, social agencies, and community programs to ensure comprehensive care delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with trauma-injured patients, many of whom come to us seeking support for complicated emotional and psychological challenges stemming from their experiences. Our clientele includes adolescents and young adults who may face anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other related mental health issues. Your role will involve not just addressing their immediate concerns, but also empowering them to create lasting changes in their lives.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field.

• Valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) certification.

Compensation and Benefits\n
