This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in a remote setting while serving a diverse client base. Work Environment\n

This role offers flexibility with a remote work setting while maintaining connectivity with our collaborative team. Working hours are primarily Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts that take into account the needs of our patients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments using validated instruments to understand patients' psychological needs and establish appropriate treatment pathways.

• Craft and implement personalized treatment plans that accommodate the individual needs and diagnoses of each patient.

• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to deliver high-quality therapeutic interventions.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on emotional concerns, personal growth, and the enhancement of coping skills.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic treatment approaches and integrated care models.

• Provide crisis intervention support during mental health emergencies, maintaining a calm and reassuring presence in high-pressure situations.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health diagnoses, treatment options, and available community resources to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Maintain meticulous and secure documentation as per legal and ethical standards, ensuring all patient information is accurate and confidential.

• Engage in case conferences and team meetings to discuss patient progress, therapeutic strategies, and ongoing professional development.

• Stay abreast of developments in mental health research and treatment methodologies to continuously refine clinical skills.

Qualifications\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Two years of post-licensure experience in a clinical mental health setting is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
