In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will engage in a variety of essential tasks, including:

• Conducting thorough assessments to identify mental health needs and the presence of concurrent substance use disorders in clients.

• Formulating personalized treatment plans through collaboration with clients, ensuring evidence-based interventions are utilized effectively.

• Facilitating individual and group therapy sessions focused on developing coping strategies, emotional regulation, and prevention of relapse.

• Coordinating with psychiatrists, nurses, and addiction specialists to ensure a holistic approach to care is maintained.

Qualifications\n

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess:

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW in the state of Florida.
