Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations for clients to develop tailored therapy strategies that address their unique mental health needs.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic approaches.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards while effectively using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software.

• Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals to coordinate client care and enhance the therapeutic experience.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and training workshops to remain current with best practices and emerging trends in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with individuals and families who face systemic barriers to mental health support, including underserved populations. You will have the opportunity to assist clients dealing with a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical counseling standards and practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
