Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with clients facing a wide array of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and co-occurring disorders. A deep understanding of the complexities of these issues will allow you to create effective treatment plans. We emphasize a holistic approach, considering each client’s background and unique challenges, including homelessness, substance abuse, and past trauma.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Current and valid licensure as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

• Minimum of two (2) years of professional experience in mental health services, specifically in crisis management and therapeutic interventions.

• Demonstrable expertise in addressing addiction and its interplay with mental health counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n
