Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Steadfast Support Clinic, you will:

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy to designated clients, tailoring therapy plans to meet their specific needs.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and therapy sessions for children and families, ensuring alignment with medical necessity and DSM-V diagnostic criteria.

• Develop and facilitate psycho-educational groups, parenting classes, and additional therapeutic workshops based on community needs and evidence-based practices.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including client case materials and program forms, to inform ongoing treatment and meet organizational standards.

• Charge and document reimbursable hours to adhere to contractual obligations effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on a diverse clientele, including children and families facing varying degrees of mental health challenges. You will engage with clients who require individualized support, developing tailored strategies to foster improvement in their mental health outcomes. Qualifications\n

The successful candidate will possess:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• A valid therapy license in the state of Pennsylvania as either an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

• Strong organizational skills accompanied by the ability to manage documentation and billing processes efficiently.

• A self-motivated attitude, capable of initiating actions related to client care and administration.

Preferred Experience\n

We require a minimum of 2 years of relevant practice experience in a clinical setting. Compensation and Benefits\n
