Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients by establishing rapport and maintaining professional boundaries to encourage trust and effective therapy.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess progress, review treatment plans, and discuss any changes in their mental health status.

• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized, person-centered treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.

• Document client interactions meticulously, including up-to-date progress notes and treatment modifications.

• Perform intake assessments to gather crucial background information for new clients.

• Engage in weekly individual therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to foster client growth and coping strategies.

• Participate in individual supervision and peer consultations to enhance clinical skills and ensure adherence to ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily focuses on youth and their families, addressing a range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, and behavioral concerns. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
