Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop personalized therapy strategies tailored to individual client needs and circumstances.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services, employing a range of modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Engage in treatment with clients through individual sessions as well as group therapy settings, facilitating discussions and exercises that promote recovery.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychiatric nurses, and social workers, to deliver holistic and comprehensive care for clients.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring that all documentation is current and reflective of the therapeutic process.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
