Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, allowing you to connect with and support patients from a comfortable setting. You will engage in regular communication with a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, social workers, and support staff, ensuring coordinated and comprehensive care. Typical work hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts required to accommodate patient schedules. Some degree of flexibility may be required to ensure that our patients receive the best possible care.

Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify patients' psychological needs, followed by the development of individualized treatment plans that leverage evidence-based practices.

  Utilize therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic approaches to deliver effective treatment.

Qualifications\n

  A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

  Valid and current licensure as an LCSW-C, LCPC, LMFT, or LCMFT in the state of Maryland.

  A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in mental health counseling is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
