Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, ensuring the establishment of a trusting relationship and demonstrating professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess their progress and stability, review treatment plans, and discuss future appointments and discharges.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation and progress notes for each client, in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate patients’ mental and emotional health at the outset of treatment.

• Participate in regular individual supervision sessions, seeking guidance and feedback to enhance clinical skills.

• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare providers to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on providing mental health support to youth, addressing a range of issues from anxiety and depression to behavioral challenges and family dynamics. The ideal candidate will have a knack for engaging young clients effectively and fostering a supportive environment where they feel safe to express themselves. Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Master’s Degree in mental health counseling or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania.

Compensation and Benefits\n
