Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor will include guiding patients who often present with complex needs, particularly those with co-occurring medical conditions alongside mental health challenges. You will be instrumental in addressing the unique circumstances surrounding each case, creating a safe and inclusive environment where patients feel valued and understood.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMHC, LCSW, LCSW-R, Licensed Psychoanalyst, Psychologist, or LMFT in New York State.

• Demonstrated experience working with individuals who have mental health needs compounded by medical conditions.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate within an interdisciplinary team.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
