Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with individuals facing complex mental health challenges, including those with co-occurring medical conditions. Your role will require sensitivity and understanding, as patients may present with a spectrum of psychiatric diagnoses and treatment histories. By focusing on individualized care and recognizing the interplay between physical and mental health, you will help enhance the quality of life for many, supporting their journey towards recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LMHC, LCSW, LCSW-R, Licensed Psychoanalyst, Psychologist, or LMFT in the state of New York.

• Demonstrated experience working with diverse populations, specifically attendees with co-occurring medical and mental health conditions.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively connect with patients and collaborate with team members.

• Proficient with electronic health record systems and therapeutic documentation procedures.

• Experience with evidence-based treatment modalities, particularly cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
