Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, establishing strong rapport and professional boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions to assess client progress, stability, and readiness for discharge when appropriate.

• Develop and implement person-centered treatment plans, ensuring they align with each client’s unique needs.

• Maintain thorough documentation and progress notes for compliance and continuity of care.

• Perform intake assessments to identify client needs and treatment goals.

• Engage in individual supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and address challenges.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role particularly focuses on youth facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and substance abuse. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling or an equivalent field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

• At least one year of clinical experience working with psychiatric patients and/or substance abuse populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
