Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Summit Pacific, you will:

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing rapport and maintaining professional boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions to assess client progress and stability, addressing their ongoing needs and facilitating discharge when appropriate.

• Design, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans aligning with client goals and clinical best practices.

• Document all sessions meticulously, keeping accurate records and progress notes for each client.

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health conditions and needs.

• Deliver individual therapy sessions, employing evidence-based interventions tailored to each client's needs.

• Engage in professional supervision to foster ongoing development and clinical expertise.
\n
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to ensure holistic support for clients.

• Maintain a growth mindset, actively seeking professional development opportunities and engaging with new therapeutic modalities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on youth populations, providing therapeutic support for children and adolescents experiencing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Counselors will employ developmentally informed approaches to ensure therapy is appropriate and effective for younger clients, recognizing their unique developmental needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in mental health or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

• The ability to fulfill internal credentialing requirements as necessary.

Compensation and Benefits\n
