Key Responsibilities\n

As an LPC at Mind Protect Psychological Services, you will play a pivotal role in the mental health and well-being of our youth clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing a caseload of clients, fostering rapport while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conducting regular sessions to evaluate clients' progress, stability, and readiness for discharge, with a commitment to facilitating positive client outcomes.

• Creating, executing, and monitoring person-centered treatment plans tailored to the individual needs of each client.

• Maintaining meticulous documentation, including intake assessments and progress notes, ensuring compliance with best practices.

• Providing weekly individual sessions aimed at addressing the unique challenges faced by youth in a therapeutic setting.

• Engaging in regular supervision and collaboration with fellow healthcare professionals to enhance treatment efficacy and inter-disciplinary communication.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related therapeutic field.
