Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of youth clients, building rapport through empathy and respect, while upholding ethical and professional standards.

• Conduct regular therapy sessions to assess client progress, stability, and readiness for discharge from services when applicable.

• Create, implement, and monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans designed to address the specific needs of each client.

• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date documentation, including progress notes and treatment records for every client.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to better understand clients' mental health needs and personalize therapeutic approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on supporting youth populations, including adolescents facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and substance abuse. Our goal is to empower clients by adapting therapeutic interventions to their unique circumstances and fostering a supportive environment for their growth and recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Professional Clinical Counseling or a related discipline.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), meeting all relevant state requirements.

• Proficient in completing intake assessments and skilled in both individual and group therapy modalities.

• Strong foundational experience in mental health practices, particularly with youth and underserved populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
