This role is fully remote, allowing clinicians the flexibility to manage their schedules while providing essential mental health services. Our community health clinic operates with a strong support network, which includes administrative staff dedicated to tasks such as credentialing, intake scheduling, and billing. Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, developing rapport and maintaining professional boundaries to ensure effective therapy.

• Conduct regular client meetings to assess progress, explore stability, schedule future appointments, and facilitate discharges when appropriate.

• Collaboratively create, implement, and monitor person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client’s specific needs.
\n
• Document client interactions meticulously, ensuring timely and comprehensive progress notes to support ongoing treatment.
\n
• Perform intake assessments to establish baseline mental health needs and develop an individualized care plan.
\n
• Engage in individual therapy sessions, adjusting approaches based on each client’s progress and needs.
\n
• Participate in regular supervision sessions, utilizing feedback for continuous professional development.

• Work cohesively with other healthcare providers to ensure holistic care and better patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).

• At least one year of experience working with psychiatric patients and/or substance abuse populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
