Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, building rapport and establishing positive therapeutic relationships based on ethical standards.

• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to discuss progress, stability, and discharge planning as appropriate.

• Design, implement, and assess individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients to ensure effective therapeutic outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes and treatment evaluations for each client.

• Administer comprehensive intake assessments and develop tailored treatment strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n
