Work Environment\n

This role is fully remote, allowing you to work from home while maintaining a structured schedule of Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments and diagnostic evaluations to accurately understand clients' mental health needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's goals, encompassing evidence-based methods and practices.

• Deliver psychotherapy services primarily to individuals, with opportunities to work with couples and families based on your experience and preferences.

• Maintain clear and precise documentation of all services provided, adhering to ethical and professional standards set forth by governing bodies.

• Participate in optional peer consultation meetings and team discussions to foster collaboration and share insights with fellow clinicians.

• Ensure compliance with California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) regulations and fulfill ongoing continuing education requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a current and active LPCC license in the state of California.

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Clinical Psychology, or a related mental health field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
