Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Provide individual and group therapy to clients using various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care that encompasses medical, social, and psychological factors affecting client well-being.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with ethical standards and legal regulations, ensuring client confidentiality and data security.

• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities, including workshops and training to remain current with mental health trends and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will engage with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families, who may be experiencing a wide range of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Our focus is on providing care to underserved populations, thereby promoting equity in mental health services.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.

• A minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience, preferably within a clinical setting.

• A strong grasp of mental health legal and ethical standards.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $120,000 to $140,000 , complemented by a signing bonus of $3,000 that will be discussed further during the interview process. Additional benefits include:
