Key Responsibilities\n

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead dynamic group sessions with a focus on shared experiences, fostering a sense of community among clients.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a valid Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) license.

• Demonstrated experience in mental health treatment, specifically with clients suffering from mental health and mood disorders in either residential or outpatient settings.

• Exceptional clinical skills, including proficiency in motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

• A collaborative spirit, with a strong commitment to fostering positive change within the community.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of relevant clinical experience is preferred.
