Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, developing personalized treatment plans tailored to individual requirements.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities to address diverse mental health concerns, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams that may include case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare providers to ensure holistic, well-rounded care for clients.

• Provide crisis intervention support to clients facing immediate distress, employing clinical expertise to assess risk, develop safety plans, and offer stabilization strategies.

• Participate in community outreach and educational initiatives, promoting mental health awareness and reducing stigma associated with mental illness in various populations.

Qualifications\n

• Valid and active license as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or hold a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A completed master’s degree or doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, essential for building rapport and establishing therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Ability to demonstrate cultural sensitivity and competence when working with a diverse clientele.

• Proven organizational and time-management skills to ensure timely documentation and management of caseloads.
