Key Responsibilities\n

As a Virtual Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will engage in a variety of tasks aimed at improving the psychological wellbeing of your clients. Your responsibilities will include:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of your work will be on clients who have been pre-screened, ensuring that you are working with stable individuals who have lower acuity needs. This approach allows for a more structured and goal-oriented therapeutic process, with a particular emphasis on promoting resilience and self-sufficiency.

Qualifications\n

Ideal candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• A valid and independent license (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) issued by the appropriate state board; limited or provisional licenses cannot be accepted.

• Demonstrated ability to make informed decisions regarding client evaluations and treatment plans.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine compassion for clients, creating a safe space for therapeutic discussions.

• Proficient computer skills to navigate telehealth platforms and maintain detailed client records.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
