Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will:

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, building rapport and fostering strong therapeutic alliances while adhering to professional ethics and maintaining appropriate boundaries.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess their progress, stability, and needs for upcoming appointments, and initiate discharge plans when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that prioritize person-centered care, ensuring that each client's unique goals are met.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including comprehensive progress notes, in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

• Conduct intake assessments to determine client needs, preferences, and appropriate treatment paths.
\n
• Provide a specific number of individual therapy sessions weekly, utilizing evidence-based techniques tailored to each client's situation.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate for this position will be youth-focused, with a strong commitment to serving the mental health needs of children and adolescents. Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• Master's degree in mental health counseling or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.

Preferred Experience\n

Candidates should ideally have at least one year of experience working with psychiatric patients or substance abuse populations. Compensation and Benefits\n
