Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups to identify needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Perform initial evaluations and triage care, ensuring a thorough understanding of clients' psychosocial situations.
\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members through regular communication about assessments, treatment plans, and ongoing patient progress during team meetings or patient rounds.

• Demonstrate expertise in addressing the physical, psychological, educational, social, and safety needs of clients of all ages.
\n
• Manage casework for assigned clients, including consultations and collaboration with external healthcare and community providers to ensure holistic care.

• Timely completion of clinical documentation and paperwork in compliance with departmental policies to maintain quality records.
\n
• Utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based approaches to assist clients in achieving their individualized service goals.

You will engage with a diverse clientele, providing therapeutic support to individuals from various backgrounds and ages. As a mental health counselor, your role will directly impact clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. Qualifications\n

• Must hold a current license as a LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in the state of California.

• Ability to work flexibly, committing 5 to 40 hours per week, based on your preferences and availability.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with expertise in modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or trauma-informed care will be favored. Experience in outpatient settings and familiarity with EMR systems is an asset.

Compensation and Benefits\n
