Regular business hours are from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, ensuring a structured work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand client needs and develop customized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to support clients in their healing journeys.

• Maintain confidential and accurate clinical records, following HIPAA regulations and the ethical standards of the profession.

• Work closely with a team of dedicated mental health professionals to ensure coordinated and integrated care for each patient.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to continuously enhance the quality of care delivered.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment plans, and community resources to foster a comprehensive support system.

As a Mental Health Therapist at our organization, you will work with a broad spectrum of clients, including those experiencing trauma, anxiety, and depression. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.
