Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to determine their mental health needs and develop effective, individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver outpatient psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities based on client needs.

• Participate in regular staff conferences to design, implement, and evaluate treatment programs that cater to the diverse population we serve.

• Prepare and maintain thorough documentation, including intake summaries, treatment plans, and case progress notes, in compliance with state and NCQA regulations.

• Provide clients with appropriate resources and referrals as needed, ensuring continued care and pathways to community support.

• Engage in telehealth therapy sessions, utilizing technology to maintain accessible mental health support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on older adults, supporting them through a range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment issues. You will utilize a client-centered approach, ensuring that each individual’s voice and experiences are valued in the therapeutic process. By actively listening and empathizing with clients, you will foster trust and openness, enabling them to explore their emotions and develop constructive coping strategies.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and unrestricted licensure in California as an LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or similar credential, required; applicants with associate licenses cannot be considered for this position.

• Self-directed with the ability to efficiently manage multiple cases while working independently.
\n
• Proficient in using technology, including Microsoft Office Suite, for documentation and communication purposes.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with geriatric patients or within community health settings is highly preferred.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote therapy delivery.

Compensation and Benefits\n
