Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing a range of evidence-based therapeutic techniques to guide clients through their recovery process.

• Perform comprehensive initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to track client progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that align with each client's unique needs, focusing on their goals for recovery.

• Actively engage in weekly multi-disciplinary team meetings to discuss cases, share insights, and contribute to the holistic treatment plan for each client.

• Provide supervision and guidance to Associate Clinical Social Workers, Associate Marriage and Family Therapists, and Associate Professional Clinical Counselors, fostering their professional development.

Your expertise will help them navigate their unique circumstances, emphasizing relational strategies that improve family dynamics and foster personal growth. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Must hold a current, valid license in good standing with the Board of Behavioral Science as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Understanding of psychopharmacology principles and collaboration with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals is essential.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of three years of post-licensure experience in the field, ideally with a focus on mood disorders.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually.
