Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough patient assessments using standardized tools to identify mental health needs and establish individualized treatment plans tailored to specific patient requirements.

• Regularly evaluate patient progress toward treatment goals through ongoing assessments and adjust therapeutic interventions as needed to remain aligned with patient developments and clinical best practices.

• Collaborate with psychiatric consultants for comprehensive care, including coordinating referrals for medication management where necessary, ensuring a holistic approach to patient health.

• Maintain adherence to productivity standards, focusing on delivering high-quality clinical care, which will be evaluated during annual performance reviews.

This role primarily serves individuals facing developmental disabilities and special needs, necessitating a therapist who demonstrates compassion, understanding, and a strong commitment to enhancing patient wellness and rehabilitation. The patients may include children, adolescents, and adults, requiring a therapist who is adaptable in their approach to cater to a wide age range and diverse backgrounds.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active licensure as either an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience providing mental health services in an outpatient setting, demonstrating a strong foundation in therapeutic methodologies.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build professional relationships with patients, their families, and interdisciplinary teams.
