Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual counseling sessions, focusing on clients primarily within the age range of 35 to 55 years old. Address a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship dynamics, midlife transitions, and stress management.

• Create, implement, and update personalized treatment plans based on thorough client assessments, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).

• Conduct comprehensive assessments during initial sessions to gather pertinent information regarding clients' history, concerns, and therapeutic goals.

• Monitor and document client progress using our electronic health record (EHR) system, allowing for timely adjustments to treatment plans as necessary and providing ongoing support to help clients meet their therapeutic objectives.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychologists, social workers, and medical practitioners, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for all clients.

• Maintain an understanding of and adhere to ethical and legal guidelines in counseling, ensuring client confidentiality and informed consent at all stages of treatment.
