Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize our comprehensive telehealth platform to conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide ongoing therapeutic support to clients.

• Engage with clients diagnosed with low-acuity mental health conditions including anxiety, depression, and relationship problems, utilizing your expertise to promote healing and coping strategies.

• Facilitate communication using varied methods, including video sessions, audio messages, and interactive journaling, to foster a dynamic therapeutic environment.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a counselor at Brilliant Minds, you will work primarily with adult clients who experience low-acuity mental health issues, ensuring that you focus on those who are more stable and less severe in their conditions. Our patients commonly deal with challenges such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, relational issues, and grief. There are no children or severe mental health cases on the platform, allowing you to employ tailored therapeutic strategies in a manageable setting.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is a must.

• A valid, full independent LPCC license without any disciplinary actions is required.

• A reliable internet connection, along with a functioning phone and PC or laptop, is essential for conducting telehealth sessions (tablets are not supported).
