The Relieve Trauma Counseling Center is seeking passionate and licensed mental health therapists for full-time positions in our innovative remote outpatient care environment. As a critical member of our mental health team, you will provide compassionate support and evidence-based interventions for individuals grappling with various mental health challenges, including but not limited to, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and substance use disorders.

Work Environment\n

Our professionals operate in a fully remote setting, allowing for flexibility in work-life balance while continuing to support our patients with comprehensive mental health services. The virtual nature of our practice facilitates outreach to underserved populations, ensuring our therapeutic offerings are accessible, no matter where clients are located. Work hours are primarily Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required to accommodate clients' schedules and needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate patients' clinical needs, and create personalized, culturally competent treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to deliver effective individual, couple, and family therapy sessions.
\n
• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups aimed at addressing common mental health issues, thereby fostering a sense of community and shared understanding among participants.
\n
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including psychiatrists, psychologists, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients.
\n
• Provide immediate crisis intervention services, equipping clients with coping strategies and support during mental health emergencies.
\n
• Educate clients about mental health issues, treatment avenues, and available community resources to empower them in their recovery journey.
\n
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with all legal and ethical standards, utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) systems effectively.

• Actively engage in professional development opportunities and case consultations, contributing to ongoing team education and collective expertise.

You will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals from various backgrounds, ages, and socioeconomic statuses, many of whom face complex life challenges. Your expertise will empower these individuals, couples, and families to navigate their mental health journeys while promoting resilience and positive life choices.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.

• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and therapeutic modalities, demonstrating the ability to adapt techniques to diverse populations.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven track record of building trusting relationships with clients.

• High ethical standards, judgment, and professionalism in maintaining client confidentiality and managing sensitive information.

Compensation and Benefits\n
