Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs, strengths, and challenges, followed by developing tailored and effective treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic interventions, focusing on promoting healing and growth.

• Collaborate closely with a diverse network of mental health professionals to ensure well-rounded care for clients, enhancing treatment efficacy through shared knowledge and resources.

• Meticulously document client progress, treatment strategies, and therapeutic interventions in accordance with organizational policies and HIPAA regulations, ensuring a thorough record of client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on working with individual adults experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, and other related disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with your level of experience and caseload.
