Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, building rapport and establishing positive relationships while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to monitor progress and stability, make necessary adjustments to treatment plans, and facilitate appropriate discharges when readiness is determined.

• Design, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation and progress notes for every client, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and state regulations.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to determine client needs and appropriate interventions.

• Offer individual therapy sessions weekly, utilizing various therapeutic modalities to address client concerns.

• Engage in ongoing individual supervision to foster professional development and enhance clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in mental health counseling or a related field is required.

• A current, unrestricted, independent LPCC license is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $75,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
