Work Environment\n

In this role, you will work primarily in a remote outpatient setting that emphasizes flexibility and client-centered care. Our operational hours are Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, with occasional evenings or weekends to accommodate client needs. We utilize a Fee-for-Service model, providing clinicians with stability and an environment that values balance between professional responsibilities and personal life.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, building strong therapeutic relationships while adhering to ethical practices and maintaining professional boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess progress, discuss challenges, and make necessary adjustments to their treatment plans.

• Develop and implement personalized, person-centered treatment plans that reflect each client’s unique needs and therapeutic goals.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and progress notes, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to identify client needs, strengths, and challenges, forming the basis for effective treatment planning.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population includes adults, children, and families navigating a variety of mental health challenges. As an LPCC at Psychology Care Center, you will be instrumental in helping clients through their life transitions, trauma recovery, relationship issues, and more, striving to create a safe and supportive therapeutic environment for each individual.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) certification.

• A minimum of one year of post-graduate clinical experience in an outpatient setting.

• Proficiency in using technology, including Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY.
\n
• Demonstrated experience in providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
\n
• Comfort in conducting thorough intake assessments and developing effective treatment approaches.
